At BedroomSupply, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, please contact us at BedroomSupply.store@outlook.com with your order details.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund at no extra cost

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider
